The Clinton Foundation commissioned Weston Finds Wonder from us kids of Emagination Island to help the 6 out of 10 American kids who aren't prepared for kindergarten learn in laundromat libraries nationwide. This is the set I built to promote our book! I have downloadable directions for anyone who wants to make a balloon jungle too.
The Clinton Foundation has only commissioned books from Scholastic and Sesame Street.

By turning less than $50 worth of Dollar Tree balloons into a jungle and a cardboard box into a washing machine, I hoped to inspire kids everywhere to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
I started by building one set at Children’s Lighthouse of Panther Creek, then uploaded directions to my website so that anyone willing to blow up 270 balloons can make what I did.
I also sold 98 books so kids who can’t afford a copy can have one free.

Poster I Crafted
I crafted this poster to help promote Weston Finds Wonder.
For this, I won a National Scholastic Gold Key, which is top 5% of 340,000 entries.
